What we collect

What you send us through the contact form (your name, organisation, which is optional, a way to contact you and a description of your need), plus the date and language of the message. To limit abusive sending, your IP address is used temporarily and is not stored with the message. The website asks for nothing else and does not accept attachments. Like any web server, the hosting server records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and page requested), used only for the security and operation of the website.

What it is used for

To reply to your request. The website does not use it for marketing and does not pass it to artificial intelligence systems.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website's pages do not set cookies, do not measure audiences and do not load third-party content such as fonts, maps, videos or social media.

Where messages are kept

Messages sent through the form are delivered by email to IP World's sales@ipworld.co.ao mailbox, from the server that hosts the website. The server does not keep messages after delivering them.

How long we keep data

Messages sent through the form are kept for one year from receipt and then deleted. The server's technical records are not kept for more than one year either.

Your rights

Under Law no. 22/11 of 17 June (the Personal Data Protection Law), you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to sales@ipworld.co.ao. You can also lodge a complaint with the Angolan Data Protection Agency.
